- Open the Clip and choose Share.
- Enter the person’s complete email address under Add people by email and choose Add person.
- The person appears under People with access. Clipboard queues an email invitation with their secure share link.
- Repeat for each person who needs individual access.
Share with anyone who has the link
- In the Share dialog, change General access from Restricted to Anyone with the link.
- Choose Copy link and send the URL through the channel you prefer.
- Anyone who receives the public URL can view the Clip and its ready files. They do not need to sign in.
Remove access
- Choose Remove beside an email recipient to revoke that person’s individual share.
- Change General access back to Restricted to disable the anyone-with-the-link share.
- Individual and public access are independent. Turning off the public link does not remove people listed above it.
- Deleting or permanently deleting a Clip also prevents its share page from continuing to expose the Clip.
