Move, restore, and permanently delete Clips

Deleting from the Clips list first moves an item to Trash. Trash gives you a chance to restore it before permanent deletion.

Move a Clip to Trash

  1. Find the Clip in the main Clips list and choose the trash action, or open the Clip and choose Delete.
  2. Clipboard removes the item from active Clips and moves it to Trash.
  3. Open the account menu and choose Trash to review deleted items.

Restore a Clip

  1. Open Trash.
  2. Find the Clip and choose Restore.
  3. The Clip returns to the active Clips list with its content and ready files.

Delete permanently

In Trash, choose the permanent-delete action beside one Clip to remove it and its attachment objects. Choose Empty trash to permanently remove every Clip currently in Trash.

Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Confirm that you no longer need the Clip, its files, or its share links before continuing.
